    Download and install these apps...

    SpyBot Search and Destroy

    Ad-Aware

Make sure you update the definitions before running a scan. If you can, run them in safe mode and disconnect your PC from the internet.

I'll see if I can find out more info about that specific trojan/worm.

You'll need to stop going to those russian ~~~~ sites m8.

I would agree with djprezes, often it's easier to start again, once you've backed everything up to a secure location. (files, folders, emails, favourites, music, photos, etc, etc. Otherwise you will probably lose these things!)

But, I'd also try, Webroot's SpySweeper, they do a free 30 trial, and also MalwareBytes, who again, do a free version. Both are excellent malware catchers...

An online scan, say at Trend, or Symantec, would be good too, IF you can get online and stay online, long enough for the scan to do it's business...

            TRY HOUSECALL TREND MICRO

If you can get online m8 goto

            TREND MICRO HouseCall 6.5

Its a comprehensive scanner, House call checks for viruses, spyware and system flaws.

Also do you have SpywareTerminator ?

Free spyware removal and spyware protection - Spyware Terminator
( Has Real Time Protection as well )

I use Trend Housecall if any probs

BUT a combo of Spybot Search & destroy & SpywareTerminator are Ve good cos if one does not pick anything up the other one will.

Remember when all is well Switch off System Restore and create a new checkpoint.
If you turn back to an earlier checkpoint it will probably be no good as you will reinfect yourself again !!

I am a bit late coming in on this also and i guess by now that you will have sorted it, But i would defo go with Devilfish's recommendations, they are the same products i have used time after time to clean up systems. You can add others to this, but use the cocktail approach to system security, have more than one ingredient to make it better.

What firewall are you using with the that AV software.. We all ahave our favs but get a system set up with for example (not an unwritten law):

                Zonealarm Firewall (free)
                AVG Antivirus (free)
                Spybot S&D (free)
                Spywareblaster (free)
                Adaware (free)

It makes for a good safe base to work on, but remember to update them regularly and run scans regularly.
