Thunderbird Help

Hi

Some time ago (about 4 weeks) I accidently deleted all my personal data from Thuderbird. I managed to get all the emails back but stupidly forgot about my contacts. Does anyone know what file name they will be contained in as I do have a full daily back up of the files. I just can't seem to locate it/them. The email accounts wer obvious.

Contacts are normally in a file called abook.mab.
