Belkin router

My wireless router keeps disconnecting from the modem, I don't know if its virgin disconnecting me or if the router has a problem.
I have to reset both the modem and the router to get it to work again. Also the router's wireless switches off by itself. I have swapped the router for a new one and still getting same problem. Is it the actual router with the problem or are virgin doing somthing as I am always downloading of torrent sites.

Remove the router and connect the modem straight to the PC. Run it like this for a few days and see if it falls off. If not, then you're probably looking at the router as the fault.

Virgin won't disconnect you but they will throttle your bandwidth if you download too much during busy times of the day.
