security tool

hi,afraid im not too good with pcs,anyway this programme called security tool keeps coming up, all my desktop icons have been removed,its becoming a right pest,cant find it in add or delete ,i can find the d/top icons by going into personalization but cant seem to be able to restore them to the desktop any help will be greatly appreciated,im running vista on my laptop. thanks in advance

dont know if u got sorted yet,but bigfellas right removed this pest last week from my daughters comp using malwarebytes in safemode then everything ok.

How to start Windows in Safe Mode
tells how to open in safe mode.....press f8 on start up of comp when comp beeps

Maybe it also could help you in the future to run an onlinescan with F-secure, simply get it on the net, give permission to run and install, in around a half or 1 hour whole pc is scanned and cleaned for most of that stupid malware
