Thinkpad X60 Tablet Bios locked

Hi all,
Trying to fix Wlan problems on a Thinkpad X60 Tablet of a friend i disconnected the Bios battery. There was no bios password but now the bios asks for a password!
Help would be very appreciated!

There is the dump of Eeprom, maybe someone can tell me where password is localized?
