if you can plug in a secondary display and reset resolution. Sounds like its out of range of the tv. Or boot into safe mode and reinstal the driver (to boot into safe mode press F8 just before begins to load)

like cunny said it looks like your out of range, do you know what resolution your tower is putting out.

yeah, it's out of range. - put a normal screen on it and set to 640*480 to start with.

then, reconnect to telly and boot as normal. Now, increase the settings but i'm guessing 800*600 is the max via VGA, not 100%

Most of the modern LCD TV's has a setup in the TV programming allow your TV to communicate with your computer. check your TV program if is got computer in the list that where you find AVI channels.

yeah start with low res and low refresh rate some are lower than monitors

start at like 800x600 and 60hz refresh rate and move your way up on res but make sure your lcd can support the refresh rate if before moving up.

set the graphics to boot in vga first

then set the resolution when it boots to windows
