I have a HP L1706 monitor which stays on for about two minutes and then goes to sleep and is brought back to the screen it was on by pressing the on button on the monitor. Any ideas.

hi Pat...had the same problem at work last week...some asshole was muckin about with the monitor and set it to dvd mode or something in the menu status....i just changed it to normal mode and now ok. -
