downloading speed capped or some other problem???????/

hi, i need some help with my download speed. From about 3 days ago i was getting 200kB/s download speed on bittorent, how ever now i am getting 102kB/s download speed maximum.

has anyone got a solution on how to increase the speed of downloads??????/??

speed on torrents depends on seeds and peers, so if there is not much people to share then your speed is getting slower. However in the program itself (like uTorrent) you can adjust speed.

who are you with, as i know virgin will cap you if you d/load more than 5 gig during the daytime.
