how do i get rid of virus in my laptop

i have avg 9 on my lap top and today i did a full scan and found 3 virus which say

i have tryed everything to get rid of them and have got no where. i recked the last laptop messing about . has anyone any i dears what i can do .

Change your anti virus program. Try avast, for me avast has shown as the best of the available.

avg is shite, use avast, but first try malwarebytes update the programm before you run it, then if malwarebytes dont sort it install avast and run the programm its takes a long time but it will sort it ( get rid of avg or disable it first )

download maleware bytes and avast ...u can get these free from majorgeeks,,,MajorGeeks.com - Download Freeware and Shareware Computer Utilities. there s lots of free and trial software on there ,,,some good stuff on there have a good look!...make sure u run update on malwarebytes before u start........prob best to start up in safe mode press f8 on start up before comp/lappy beeps and go from there....

They are all infected rars you have in your recycle bin

Boot into safe mod and delete.
Or boot a Linux Live CD

thanks lads it worked saved me from getting a clip arond the head from ar lass . i used avast pro but i only have 7 days left of the free trial is there any way of getting licenece codes so i can have it for a while .
