you need winrar or equivalent installed to open it with, google this it is free. when you have that and then your downloaded rar file which will look like a pile of books, just right click on that and go to extract here, the file you need will be extracted

Download a programme called ExtractNow it's free and not just for a trial period. Works great for me.
