HP6730s

I bought my daughter an HP6730s laptop last September, everything is working fine, but recently i have had a few problems, if it gets knocked or moved it shuts down, i have an identical laptop but it doesn't shut down when knocked or moved.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm sure it's a hardware problem, but I would have to see it to be sure what exactly is wrong (bad conctacts on battery, motherboard...). It is probably still under warranty. My advice is to use it (the warranty).
