can anybody help me with this problem, i had to restall windows, because of a problem , xp" i use the operating system dish i had , , and it went to a point, were its asking me for (service pack 2cd) to finish off the reinstallation" but i dont have this disk, is there any were i can download this disk , so i can finish the job" any help or advice welcome.

Service pack two is an update by microsoft, you dont need a disk, maybe yuo're doing something wrong. -
microsoft used to send them out for free back when it came out, we'd just email them
try to get a diffrent xp installer cd
or download the file here but its not in a the same as the using the cd while installing Download Windows XP Service Pack 2: XP SP2 (Full package)Comment

Get another XP installation. You either doing something wrong or you have bad install disc. Will be glad to help you with the install guide if needed.Comment
