Keep losing internet connection and have to reboot PC

For about a week now I've been losing my internet connection after an hour or so. All works fine for a while the I keep getting 'Internet Explorer cannot display web page'. I close it down and try to connect again but keep getting Error0721 an the only way I can connect again is by rebooting my computer. Once I've done that all is fine again for an hour or so. I've also done a restore to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

A little info on your internet equipment may be helpful.

How do you connect - by router or modem

Which ISP

If using a router try rebooting it as its internal data may have become corrupt.
Or it may be failing - overheating maybe.

If on ADSL check that your filters are connected properly - unplug connectors and then reconnect them
