How old machine is? maybe it does not support XP or your install disc could not be read by cd.

I have found a little useful software that fixed the problem with ease.
Software called (5 Plus Boot CD) What ever changes made to the system I have no idea but after finished loading restarted the Laptop and VOILA is perfect.
I will Upload it for you guys later on.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank every one of you for your valuable and priceless help.

Remove and plug your memory (ram) back in. You should be able to run set up again . Your Ram is either defected or needs to be reseated.

                Hy,

this happens if you have incompatible hardware or damaged hardware in your computer.
The advice from MS is to remove all pci cards from the computer and to install them step by step till Windows (or installation) doens't work anymore and then to try the ram.

Little bit hard with a laptop. You can only try the ram.

                Greetings hansi
