    Need help>!!!!

I boot my laptop and everything works except for the keyboard, on the keyboard only work some keys for example number 1 and 2 but 3 doesn't, 4 and 5 works but 6 doesn't ...it's like this in the rest of the rest of the keys. We tried to change the language, we boot it again and it still has the problem and is weird because the keyboard was working perfectly before we boot it.

I want to know if someone has been thru this before or someone knows why is this, if this is a problem of the keyboard from the company, or a driver.

    Please some help>!!!!!!!

BTW.... My laptop is an ACCER ASPIRE ONE (AoA 150-1635) or something like that.

Is a laptop... Num lock doesn't work and enter button either. We tried a external keyboard and it worked perfectly, we also tried the screen keyboard and it also worked perfectly.

A keyboard is wired like a matrix and if you have lost certain keys then the chances are that one of the circuit lines that connect the keys has broken, or that simply the connection ribbon needs reseating that connects the keyboard to the laptop.

This would account for why some work and some dont'.

There is a chance it is something more serious but I would start with a replacement keyboard, usually on fleebay.

If you look at the back of your laptop, you should see a few small keyboard sign beside the screw holes. Undo these screws and this should allow you to remove the keyboard. Try to re-seat the ribbon type cable that connect the keyboard to motherboard.
