Whats using my internet?

Hi,

I reinstalled windows 7 and have tried this on Vista to find that after a week or 2 my internet connection slows down lots. I have 20mb with Virgin. When the install first takes place it is really quick, I use the bbc iplayer diagnostics and its says its spot on.

But then after a few weeks its starts to struggle. I have not installed any new programs that would affect. I do use utorrent but its still slow when this is closed.

How do I find out whats slowing it down?

Uninstall utorrent and test speed for couple of days. You could also ask vermin to do some test for you.
