Want to remote controll laptops from pc upstairs need help!!!

hi, need help in trying to figure out how to remote controll my two laptops from my pc upstairs. Main reason is that my parents all ways have many questions and problems when browsing internet and such and this would allow me to help from my room and allow me to continue what i am doing.

any help will be greatly apreacated thanks.

Hi there. Take a look at ultra vnc. It's free and you can have complete control over remote systems with it. I use it in work for the same purpose....

I strongly advise "Teamviewer". I use it same way you ask to help my parents and access my office computer from home and also professional need.

Teamviewer is free for personal usage. Very easy to install and use. It optimizes video quality so faster connection.
