you could get any drivers from Belkin support site online, but usually you don't need drivers for a wireless router, only the drivers for the network card or usb on the laptop...if the lights changed too red on the wireless on the laptop this could mean either the drivers have currupted ( so u'de need too go too the support website for the manufacturer of the laptop and reinstall ) or the wirless network hardware on the laptops developed a fault (which happens ) the easist thing too do there is get a wirless card or usb dongle too replace the laptops wireless unless you have someone too take the lappy apart and replace the internal card, or pay someone at a shop which can be pricey...
as for the roughter have a look at the back and see if there is a reset button this may help retting and ironing out a firmware fault, but from what you've said it sounds like the problem may be with the laptop:-(if the wirless isn't turning on...hope this helps abit

I had something similar and it turned out to be that a keyboard shortcut ie control+f5 or similar had accidentally been pressed which disabled the wireless, worth a look on your keyboard to see if there is a antenna symbol on any key

You don't need software for a router.
You can access the setup page of any router through its IP Address.
Have you tried repairing your internet connection by right clicking the small monitor on the taskbar and choosing "repair" (in XP, for Vista it is a different name)?
If you still can't fix it after all the suggestions here, it needs troubleshooting.
I could do that for free over the phone, just let me know, I can call you too if it is too expensive to call long distance for you.
        Good luck.
