when i try to switch on my dell 3100 desktop, a bleeping noise comes from the tower???

can anyone help ..

the bleeping is from the tower, 1-3-2, can anyone tell what tis means? i have clean the dust out of the tower & pulled out the ram & re-insatalled, this seems to re-boot the computer .....

you should google dell error beeps or error code lights, does that model have the 4 lights above the comm port?? ABCD....
