Ive got my mates Medion 2210 notebook ,he is having probs with it ive looked around the net to find out what might be wrong with it ,i found some one with the same problems but there is no way i can get the answer as it asks you to join one of those Fixya sites, they take your bank details even though they say it is free?? So why take bank details then??any way does any of our members know the solution to the following details.
The symptoms are as follows.
1. When I plug the charger in, the charge and battery lights illuminate red.
2. When I press the power button the left hand light illuminates green, there are two quiet beeps which do not appear to be post beeps
3. The machine appears to keep resetting itself, I can hear it start, then beep twice (not post?), then do the same again.
4. I cannot hear the hard drive spin
5. There is no display and no sign of the display "firing up"
Has anyone got any ideas what this is?
