My eee PC has died. No life whatsoever. I think the warranty will be void as been upgraded to 2gb RAM and has a 28gb hard drive installed, does anyone have any ideas? By the way I've tried all the reset's there are and I have taken out the RAM and started again and tried to start it whithout RAM in, tried it through a monitor etc. I have two green lights on but no fans or anything on screen.

If i put original parts back in do you think I may be able to take back? Its an online purchase by the way, Bloody ebay. the guy has sent original receipt though

if original parts are put back in and there is no obvious tampering or warranty seals broken your warranty should still cover you.

When did you buy it?
If paid by Paypal, there's a 45 days warranty, you can ask for a full or a partial refund.
Also, to me it sounds like the power supply is no good, check it out and post back here.
