HP Pavillion dv7 1070ee Blu-Ray Playback Issues

Hello everyone.

My HP Pavilion dv7 just played blu-ray disc movie once and that's it. Tried to updates my Quickplay version and even bought Cyberlink software to make it works but still the BD-ROM will not recognized Blu-ray's.

Does anyone have the same issue with Blu-ray playback on HP Pavilion dv7? Any info will be deeply appreciated.
