Burning lead out

Hi, Having problems when buring cd's it burns the lead in and the music o.k. but will not burn the lead out, disk just spins forever resulting in me having to shut down the pc to get the disc out. the disk plays fine. this happens if i use different disc's or Nero or realplayer. Dvd's are fine.

Could be the brand of disks?

Have you had a succesfull burn with that brand of CDR before?
