    Hp Media Center

    Can anyone help me? I cannot go into safe mode on my PC. I suspect a virus but I cannot even run the virus program in safe mode. If I run the virus program in normal mode it sometimes will shut off but not always. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

      you can get anti virus software that will install and run from a usb flash drive this might help you to check for virus infection instead of running from your hd.

          You can use the recovery partition to repair the windows install. Look at the splash screen (HP) in the corners when you first turn your pc on. this will tell you what key to push to enter the recovery partition


          examples:

          F2, F8, F10, DEL

              for this porblems Ihave a cd slax, find in the web.
              I boot with you can do a lot of thing, verify taht is not an handware problems ( pc too hot).
              Or a bad sector.
              Because, sometime is not e virus...
