HELP REQUIRE TO CLEAN SPYWARE

Hi,
can onyone help me to clean my computer from following infection. My AVG Anti-Virus has detected it during schedule scan. AVG is not able to remove it.

I have searched on Google but I cannot find suitable answer. All the google site is doing is redirecting me to USA sites who are requesting money upfront before any action.

have you tried malwarebytes anti malware just go to their site download the free version Malwarebytes
and if you've got spybot installed disable resident teatimer to do this go to tools in spybot then click on resident then take away the tick in teatimer and run malwarebytes quick scan. first update it, if it finds anything it will get rid of it. if it cant get rid of it it will ask to restart the computer then it will get rid of it for you . good luck.

Super anti-spyware professional is another freebie to use too! Run after anti-malware bytes and they should clear the problem pronto! Saved my laptop and worked so well i registered both products!! Swear by them! Good luck!

The deceription says "The VIPRE PC Rescue Program is a command-line utility that will scan and clean an infected computer that is so infected that programs cannot be easily run." I have tried it and it does what it says.
