Not a valid win32 app

I am coming right from automotive section. I am trying to install application ( Esi tronic 2006) on windows 98. When I start setup it says.... not a valid win32 application.

Any ideas? Thanks

I had this problem once and it was due to the software was not compatible with the version of windows

UPDATE YA WINDOWS TO XP TRY INSTALLING AGAIN

update to windows xp or vista.. windows 98 is already outdated and might not have the required files to run the program
