2007 outlook problem

I have just reformatted my desk top, it is all genuine software. I am running XP Pro & put Office 2007 Pro on, when I choose the option to enter me email supplier I just get an error message saying registry or installation problem, I have put the disc back in & repaired but still no joy, can anyone help?????

All sorted now, downloaded a load of updates & all is working now.
