Buying a videocard...

Hi!

I was wondering if you guys could help someone who has no idea about computers to buy a video card?

I'm looking for a midrange graphics card and willing to spend 60-120$

I have an Acer Aspire m1641 with E5200 processor
PCI Express x16, PCE express x1

I've been doing some reading and I'm guessing that I'm gonna need a power supply but I have no idea what W I'm currently running or how to check

The Radeon 5770 is a pretty good card for its price having DX11 and eyefinity.. that fits your price range nicely

You may need about a 500watt power supply in your pc to run this card.. check the sticker thing on your power supply it should say the wattage on it... or it should atleast show a few wattage ratings on different rails which add up to its overall rated wattage
