    PCMCIA memory card how to read ?

    i have pcmcia 32mb memory card how to read on desktop ?
    any memory card reader for pcmcia card ???

    can't you use some laptop to read the pcmci card and than copy files to your desktop computer ?

        id recommend that u buy an old laptop. i say old just that many newer laptops dont have a 12v rail for the pcmcia slot. or that was the issues i have when i was trying to read a tech2 pcmcia

          YA I KNOW THAT WITH OLD LAPTOP I CAN DO BUT HERE VERY HARD TO FIND OLD LAPTOP. ANY OTHERWAY TO READ CARD ???
          EXACTLY I WANT TO READ TECH2 CARD & WANT TO ADD SOME SOFTWARE & WANT TO SHARE SOME CURRENT VERSION OF GM SOFTWARE HERE FOR DK MEMBERS.
          BUT STUCK HERE !! CANT READ !!

            hi guys, subject tech2 pcmcia card, if you have 10 mb card you can't read with newer laptop because no 12v supply, 10 mb card =12v /32 mb card=5v or 12v, if you have 32 mb tech2 card you can read and write with your laptop, just install elan pcmcia card software, i see it on DK, good luck.

                my wife's laptop has a pcmcia port. send me the card and i will email you the contents. (and send the card back to you) - at no cost to me..
