hard drive partitions

    hard drive partitions

    i have tried to research this, but with not much luck on how to do it. my wifes laptop is spilt/partitioned and i want to take it off, any advice on how to do this? thank you

    Is the small partition the recovery iso for windows?

    If it is you will lose the ability to format & install windows without a great deal of trouble.

    If it isn't for that then use Disk Manager. You will probably have to use the search function from the start button. They like to hide it away.

        thanks, worked a treat. shes now a happy person and i have my own laptop back.

          You can also try using a free partition tool if you google easeus partition manager. That works for me and its free.
