Some keys on my old but loved acer laptop have stopped working. Apparently on some there is a pinhole reset on the back, not mine. Tried disconnecting battery. Ctrl+shift worked but not now. Any solutions?

new version of win 10 pro 64x may have some problems with keyboard if you have updated ... just try to install another version ....
i solved same problem , i tried another version of win image ....
