    I was wondering if there is a software program out there see if your internet connection had been hacked?

        your problem is that the connection can be compromised in differnt places, on the PC, at your access point (if you have wireless).

        For the PC try seekanddestory The home of Spybot-S&D!to find any trojans, decent AV helps here, for the access point, ensure you are not using WEP and change the key if you are (and switch to WPA preferably WPA2)
