App for coverting some files

Need some sort of app for converting files.A friend of mine recommended this Tunebite app,he says it's pretty good.Anyone had some experience with it?

what file do you want to convert? audio, video?
the best for audio (imho) is dbpoweramp

theres a bunch of free progs online you dont need to download any apps - google.com type in convert (file type) to (filetype) and away you go!!!

Thanks, I know that there are some online sites although I was wondering if those are reliable enough.This one seemed interesting cause it works for both audio and video and has some features for downloading vids off youtube, as far as I read.
