The other option is to send the computer to Panasonic, who will offer to change the motherboard.

If your goal is simply to reinstall Windows.
As a last resort, you can try to delete all the data on the disk. To do this, hold down the shift key when you reboot the system and launch console mode. You do a diskpart then select disk 0 (usually) which is the OS primary disk, then depending on your needs you do a convert MBR or GPT and exit, exit.
With a bit of luck, the PC will boot on your installation key. If not, test an installation with the Ventoy utility, which allows you to bypass the secureboot.
