installing xp on notebook

hi guys i have one of those small notebooks the trouble is theres no cd drive to install xp as its corupted

so do i install it off a usb stick if so how do i do it thanks chaps

does it allow you to boot from usb in the bios?

hi guys all done now i hat to download a program called winsetup frpm usb and worked great cheers guys
