    dell latitude d600

    hi all any help please keep getting windows exp has encountered a problem and needs to close it says debug or close ran debug it just comes back again,the error signiture is

    P1 :c000009c
    P2 : 00000003

    error report contents says

    C:\DOCUME~1\you\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WERc69d.dir00\explor er.exe.mdmp

    C:\DOCUME~1\you\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WERc69d.dir00\appcom pat.txt

    this is exactly the contents driving me mad any help would be great

    have you done a virus and malware scan
    have you booted up into safe mode does it do it again

    it be an idea to updated your virus scanners and do a scan in safe
    mode

        do a system restore take it back before you
        had these problems

          OS problem this can be virus so just try to scan your pc if not help install fresh version

            These 2 files looks like malwares....try Malwarebytes free version, install ...update and perform full scan and you are good.

              You must turn off system restore, install Malwarebytes and update it, boot into safemode and run a full scan.

              it will keep coming back if you don't turn off systme restore.
