All of a sudden I have got a message when attempting to print that my catridges are not installed properly so put some new ones in, same message. Can't print.
Have cleaned terminals clicked catridges in and out numerous times, switched it on and off, held buttons down.
Is there a reset button or some other trick or is is simply look for a new one?!
It's had very little use and is 2 years old so no use popping it back to dear ol Tesco!
