start up programs disabled

does anyone know if there is way to stop that annoying white balloon comming up on the bottom of the screen when you disable a few start up programs. thanx in advance

You can disable any startup item with msconfig.

The easiest that I've found is CCleaner. Just click on Tools - Startup. Use can enable/disable or delete anything.

Look at Sysinternals-Suite from MS! You can use "autoruns" to manage your Autorun-Programs.
