okay guys i found i new way to reset the pass with only a screwdriver ?
will try to make a site with a tutorial to reset the tmp chip .. i think it works on every ibm notebook
here is a picture from an IBM X41 tablet i reseted the pass today

you have to put the screwdriver between the 2 pins to contact them .. and now power on ya machine and go to the bios ? you will receive a message with an security chip error or something like that
(thats the bottom side of the Mainboard)
The same way to delete passwords on DELL (D610, D600, and many more)
