hi, check cooling system, maybe its have alot dust.
when CPU to hot its turns in low quality and works slow .

slow work can be if something wrong in system hardware
(CPU, RAM, HDD, or motherboard)

Ck for newer bios update, it worked for me on my cf-48 after clean install. I was having similar problems, but do the bios update first before the install.
