yes you can save all you need programs but don't launch it before you install antivirus and do full scan. only when you can run all programs if its clear.

if you can download and install clam antivirus on a flash drive on a clean pc then scan your infected pc that might help with your problem.

                  1) boot from a boot cd: Hiren's BootCD 11.0 - www.hiren.info
                  2) install virusscan: AVG Free - Antivirus Download | Free Software
                  3) scan the system

Besides this: it could be a hardware problem ......

                  Regards,

                    Hello,

Check your msconfig for startup programs. There has to be something like unknown or not common exe file which possibly a malware(Trojan horse, worm, spy, ad-ware etc)

So you need to disable it then make a clean virus scan with avg. It is the best freeware antivirus you can ever find.

                      avg is shit,
its got no real time protection, its slugish and realy doesnt find much, avast is the best av software out there Banks use it, it must do its job.
Dr.Web CureIt! — ??????? ????????? ?????????! ??????? ???????, ?????? ?????????? ?????????! is a better option to clean the machine if it wont let you install or run any programs then you need to boot from a live cd to cut the os out fully,
