Aspire Z5610 Help Needed

Hi Everyone,
hope Someone can help.
A mate of mine as aquired a Aspire Z5610 touchscreen desktop and the problem is when it loads up it goes to the desktop then straight onto a screen where it tells you what the spec is and what it can do & I cannot get back to the normal desktop screen, there isn't a close X in the corner. He doesn't have the documents or driver disks either.

is it like the open window is too big to view it all? if it is,
try alt and F4 on it's keyboard to close the window, and up it's screen resolution to maximum.

I have been i to a shop today and on the main screen you have to press the ESC key which takes you onto a password box to get to the desktop,
Obviously he doesn't know the shop password so im trying to find a way to bypass this ,

that might help.

alt & F10 on startup usualy starts the acer e-recovery software, to restore it to factory settings, like a new one fresh out the box.

theres also hirens bootcd and konboot, that should clear out any system passwords.

just dowloaded Hirens boot cd & had a quick look at it,
Seems a brill CD, definatly will be using it in the future even on my own fully working PC's .

yip mate i would go with ezzday1 ,that should do it if not go into your display settings and try some diffrent settings,but remember what size it was set at before you make any changes

Its not my settings its a password problem..
There is nothing posted in here to download,
I have downloaded hirens Boot cd 11 from piratebay P2P site.
Then Burnt image to cd for booting purposes.
The link posted above is for the user files for the Acer Z5610 computer & you can only view it.
