Monitor loses signal

hey,

bought a used 32inch ultrawide monitor

conected tho intel 4000 onboard grafik whit good hdmi cable.

monitpor uses signal every now and then...signal comes back after like 2 seconds.

anybody knows why?

I think that the Intel 4000 does not support 32inch resolution with HDMI.
Check https://www.intel.com/content/www/us.../graphics.html

You should try with DisplayPort cable or upgrade the VGA card.

Hello, you can try update VGA driver, update BIOS/UEFI firmware. It is desktop or notebook? Did you tried it with another computer/device? It can be problem with monitor.
