Freewares to Improve Bootup Speed

I need views on, which are the best freewares to improve bootup speed and of course processing speed as well.

Not sure such a thing exists. The boot up speed is dependent on your processor, memory, windows version & how much shit you have on the system.

The two quickest ways to speed up the boot time is to install more memory & remove as many items from the right side of the task bar (bottom right of windows main screen)

You could always switch to linux.

Run msconfig, in startup tab disable all un necesseary crap, also if you have norton a/v or security dump it and get nod32

if you have a multicore proccesser you can change from the default 1 core to use all the cores when your pc boots in msconfig/ boot tab advanced options.
