DVD-RW

Hello, I have 3 DVD-RW on my PC (LG, NEC and SAMSUNG) 2 are SATA and 1 IDE. When I put sata drive in my PC Case it doesn't work (outside of the case it works) but I have no problems with the IDE dive in or out the case. Any suggestions what could be the problem?

change the sata cable.verify the power cord.if is interupted and u move the odd that will not work

How are you connecting it outta the case?

u want to use outa of pc chase?or just for testing?
if u want to use outa of case u can use a rack .

Have you anonther SATA device (HD)? If yes you can test the SATA connection...
