You should just be able to remove it from the control panel under programs.

This is i usually format a laptop with the version of windows that came with it, as i will never use any of the progs that come one it. Also like to keep discs as discs and not partitioned up for a recovery volume that if the HDD was to die, you'd lose anyhow

Hi Have you posted a solution on how to remove Netintelligence using the regedit. I bought a machine with it on so Netintelligence wont assist.

This worked for me, first download and run LSP-Fix: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
Next, double-click on LSPFix.exe to start the application. You might have to right click and run as administrator.
Place a check in the box for "I know what I am doing", then highlight the file:
                nihlsp.dll
Move that file from "Keep" to "Remove" box using the >> arrow. Click the finish button, then OK to close.

Your computer should restart automatically. Netintelligence is still there but doesn't block anything anymore.

so when you say restart do you mean it will delete all my files and i'll have to reinstall everything else?
