Coverting files from Lotus to Windows??

    Hey..
wondered if anyone can help me.. i've got a bunch of old floppy disks that I (well my boss) needs to get some files off.. the files are apparantly lotus files. I've got a floppy drive but when I attatch it to my Pc the files will open but they're no readable. Any ideas how I can convert these files so that I can open them using Windows 7??
    thanks guys

All you need is to install IBM Lotus Symphony which is free http://symphony.lotus.com/software/l.../home.nsf/home and you are good to restore your old files. Another solution would be Windows XP MODE, install the old version of Lotus 1-2-3 in the XP Mode and you will be able to run your apps and restore the backups.

    Hope that helps
