Last night I lost wireless connectivity to my laptop. Tried the obvious - wireless on/off button - it was on. Tried a reboot and green 'wireless on' comes on for about 10 seconds and then goes off. Tried Windows Network Diagnostics which comes up with 'use switch on front of computer to enable wireless capability' doh..
Took back off laptop to see if on/off button working the microswitch - it is but removed it plastic button and switch now set in permanent 'wireless on' position - another reboot and green light again for 10 seconds then off and no wireless connection.
Is there another way to bypass this on/off button or do I have a more serious problem here mor am I missing something obvious?
Thanks
