help to get my laptop screen back to widescreen

hi done a factory reset on my dell laptop (nightmare) .
managed to get everything back to normal except my screen size is wrong its seems to be stuck in 4:9 in stead of 16:9 widescreen where do i go on the computer to sort in out any help please

Try to adjust it from within graphic software if is installed in your laptop.
Could let me know which Windows are using?

Well try uninstalling your ati/nvidia drivers download revo uninstaller freeware. It will scan for left overs cleaning yous system properly then download CCleaner for leftover registries. Reboot your system download your drivers

Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Graphics Drivers & Software

Run appropriate driver in Administrator mode ie. right click your driver first option Run As Administrator, Reboot.
