how to solve password problem

Hi guys,
My laptop, it can access to window xp diretlly when it boots. When it stand by, after stand by , i want to go back window xp, it request Password, but i did not set any PW before. To solve it, have to re-boot the computer. it is really annoyed. Can anybody help me for solve it? I appreciate you here!

Try check the screen saver settings, and make sure it doesn't require a password

Try hitting return, or clicking on the green arrow without typing anything in the password box. Should work.
